Chelsea is a leading designer and extruder of rigid vinyl and composite extrusions for window and patio door systems, and other building products. Our 500,000 square foot modern extrusion facility controls every aspect of the extrusion process—from raw materials to finished profile.
Chelsea offers extruded cellular foam profiles in a variety of shapes and sizes for interior and exterior applications. Produced using the finest exterior-grade PVC material, our cellular foam profiles are used to create traditional stock moulding, casings, crown moulding, shutters as well as specialty applications.
Millions of pounds of compound have perfected Chelsea’s formulation and blending process. Raw materials are inspected, tested and certified before they enter the manufacturing process. Ours is a totally computerized blending operation that measures, transfers, introduces and blends the ingredients perfectly for each product and extrusion line.
For high-quality consistent PVC compound in powder or pellet form created in a state-of-the-industry facility, look no further than Chelsea. Each PVC compound batch is thoroughly mixed in our computer-controlled blending facility, and is subject to an individual material certification program derived from vendor specifications.
Our high volume twin screw extrusion machines, multi strand stainless steel extrusion dies and coordinated downstream sizing and cooling equipment produce a wide range of building product profiles.
