Packer/Materials Specialist

The Packer is responsible for visually inspecting products and measuring product length to make sure the appropriate materials are being used. The job also ensures all proper documentation is generated and completed in preparation for shipment. The quality of our products and great customer satisfaction rely on this role.


The ideal candidate will possess the following

  • Ability to understand and follow-through with directions;
  • Capacity to accurately measure and read measurements;
  • Ability to perform basic math;
  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • Access to reliable transportation;
  • Ability to work three or four 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends;
  • Prior laborer or packing experience helpful.

Maintenance Technician

We are searching for an experienced individual who possesses the ability to maintain production and quality while ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • At least 5 years experience in electrical/electronic equipment maintenance including 3 phase and 480 volt power;
  • 5+ years experience in VFD including the ability to trouble shoot drive problems;
  • Proven skills in mechanical maintenance repair;
  • Proficient computer skills in maintenance software and files;
  • Basic welding is a plus;
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful.

Sales Trainee

Chelsea is currently seeking to fill the position of Sales Trainee for its window and door division. This postion offers a growth opportunity and a chance to learn about Chelsea's business as well as its customers and would ultimately lead to a Regional Sales Manager position within the sales team.

This is an exciting position for a new or recent graduate who is passionate about a sales career and interested in advancement within an exceptional company.

The following are the necessary qualifications

  • 4 year college graduate within the last 2 years
  • Able to travel within the US up to 80% of the time
  • Able to relocate after 18-month training program
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
  • Ability to effectively interact with others at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks ensuring efficient time management
  • Well-rounded computer knowledge
  • Previous retail or building materials knowledge helpful
  • Ability to comprehend and understand technical information
