Newsletter Subscription

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information which allows us to check that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. To prevent unauthorized third persons from setting up newsletter subscriptions, the so-called double-click procedure is used, i.e. the newsletter is only sent after you confirm the subscription request using the link sent to your address. You have to register once before using it for the first time. To do this, you must provide at least your name and a valid email address.

The personal data stored in the portal is only the data that is known when concluding and settling the contracts agreed with you and directly relate to proper fulfillment of the contracts or personal data that you have entered via the portal.

Application form
You will be requested to provide a number of details if you wish to apply for a position at aluplast using the form provided by the http://www.aluplast.net/de/karriere/ below. The data entered by you is transmitted via a secure HTTPS/SSL connection.

Data that is absolutely essential for your application is marked with an star.

Moreover, you will be asked for information as to whether you consent to your application documents being stored by aluplast for a potential application process at a later date. In this case your data will be stored for 12 months. Before the deletion, you may be asked again.

Your electronic application details are received by the Human Resources department and only made available to the relevant specialist department for the specific position. All parties concerned treat your application documents in an absolutely confidential manner.
Two months after completion of the application process, the documents sent by you are deleted completely if no contract of employment was agreed with you. If we have interest in storing your documents (e.g. for an appointment at a later date), your consent will be requested beforehand if you did not already notify us about this on the application form.

The legal basis for the processing of the application documents is Article 6 (1) (b) of the DS GMO.

Recipients of your data within the EU
We sometimes use external service providers to process your data. They are carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked.
Furthermore, we can pass on your personal data to third parties when you participate in special offers, competitions, completion of contracts or similar services that we offer together with partners.

Recipients of your data outside the EU
