The trade fair presentation of the system supplier aluplast is all about consistent development. At the fensterbau frontale 2016, the visitors to the booth were surveyed on their assessment of the most important industry trends. The resulting market research has significantly influenced the product innovations presented to the industry at the trade fair this year.
Extraordinary window design
aluplast GmbH is launching two new design variants at fensterbau frontale. The new woodec surface, which combines a real wood appearance with all the practical advantages of a plastic window. Not only is it visually indistinguishable from the natural material, but it also feels that way. The new surface will be shown in three contemporary surface variants.
Starting at the trade fair, aluplast will continue to follow the ongoing anthracite trend with a basic body in dark grey for appropriate decorative foils. This allows for a uniform appearance of the visible body when the window is open.
Geared towards aluskin
aluskin function is a new system that focuses entirely on the use of aluminium coating. The study on the further development of the previous aluskin coating systems was presented for the first time at the aluplast innovation day in early 2017. Now the company will show the finished system development at the fensterbau frontale.
The focus on aluskin opens up numerous advantages for the system: in the normal frame wing construction, the narrow wings are only 69 mm high, which more than fulfils the desire for more light. In combination with the aluplast technologies and the use of the aluminium coating as a static element, wing sizes of 2.55 m can be realised in colour even with the narrow wing. This is impressively demonstrated by an exhibit on the trade fair booth.
For all areas of use: smart-slide
The new smart-slide sliding door from aluplast is used for new buildings, but also for renovation projects. It will be celebrating its premiere at the fensterbau frontale 2018 and offers optimum market opportunities with its universal application possibilities. The short production time ensures increased processing efficiency: only one wing has to be manufactured, due to the all-round welded frame. The glazing of the fixed panel can be performed directly with a glass strip in the frame. Smart-slide is designed so that different hardware solutions can be used.
The innovative locking mechanism allows for the smooth self-closing of the wing in the frame and thus the easy operation of the smart-slide sliding door. This is an advantage in daily use as due to the low effort with which the wing can be opened and closed. In addition, smart-slide not only allows large wing sizes but also a very good seal performance against air, wind, and driving rain.
Better sales: with the aluplast services
In order to be successful in today's market, processors are challenged in many different ways. In addition to the efficient organisation and control of sales, this includes attracting the attention of potential customers and winning the offer points in the sales pitch with convincing arguments. aluplast services make all this easier for processors: the aluplast Sales Cockpit helps with efficient sales orientation.
